Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope and Intent

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through My Energy Flow ("Company," "we," "us," "our") website located at www.myenergyflow.com ("Website").

3. Return Eligibility

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless a different return period is clearly stated on the product page. Please ensure to review the specific product page before making a purchase. 

3.1 Conditions for Return

  • Return conditions vary by product category. Generally, items must be in re-sellable condition with original packaging and all included accessories.
  • Specific requirements (usage conditions, packaging, restocking fees) are detailed on each product page.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

3.2 Final Sale Items

Leisurecraft and Prism Light Pod products are non-cancellable, non-returnable, 
and non-refundable once an order has been shipped. 

If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery so we can assist with corrective measures.

Additional products may be marked as final sale on their product pages. 
Please review product-specific return policies before purchasing.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

  • Email us at support@myenergyflow.com or call 1-833-365-9319 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  • After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed return instructions 
    and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with the return address.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Securely pack the item in its original packaging
  • Ensure all accessories, manuals, and free gifts are included
  • Include your RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • Include any necessary supporting documents or images

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (except for defective/incorrect items)
  • Use a trackable courier service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, Canada Post)
  • Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA authorization
  • Ship within 7 days after receiving the return authorization
  • Keep your tracking number for your records

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Return windows vary by product category. Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, however some products have shorter return windows. Please 
    refer to the specific product page for the exact return window before purchasing.
  • Return conditions (usage requirements, packaging, and restocking fees) vary by product category.
  • Common return conditions may include:
    • Items must meet the condition requirements specified on the product page
    • Items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation
    • Items must be in re-sellable condition
    • Restocking fees typically range from 10-25% depending on product category

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • Provide photos or videos of the defect or damage.
  • We will act diligently to offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • Contact us immediately upon receipt.
  • We will arrange for the incorrect item to be returned (at our expense) and ensure you receive the correct product.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated delivery time.
  • We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • If the product is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement product.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped.
  • After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, please follow the return procedure after receiving the product.

7. Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or Sanitary Goods: Including underwear, swimwear, and personal care items, unless unopened and unused.
  • Gift Cards and Downloadable Software Products.

8. Refunds

8.1 Refund Conditions

  • Approval: Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Notification: We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Condition: Items must meet the return eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.

8.2 Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

8.3 Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations:

  • Condition Issues: Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for select products, subject to manufacturer/supplier policies.

  • Eligibility:
    • Exchanges may be available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
    • Availability depends on product type and supplier policies
    • Contact us at support@myenergyflow.com to check if your product is eligible for exchange
  • Process:
    • For defective or incorrect items where exchanges are available, we cover the shipping costs
    • For exchanges due to change of mind, customers are responsible for shipping costs
    • If an exchange is not available, we will process a refund according to our return policy

Not all products are eligible for exchange. Please contact us to determine if an exchange 
is possible for your specific item.

10. Timelines

  • Returns must be reported and shipped within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days.

11. Legal Rights

This Return and Refund Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
